Minimum order for wholesalers is two cases. Orders may include a mixture of products so long as each product is in full case lots. For distributors, the minimum order is 200 cases of mixed product of like size (one pallet of combined cases).
Orders may be placed by phone, fax or email. Food Service and industrial sizes are also available.
Terms:
First order: Prepaid, C.O.D. or money order. Subsequent orders: Net 30 with approved credit application on file. 2% per month interest penalty, plus recovery costs on past due accounts.
Shipping:
FOB our warehouse All orders up to 200 lbs. will be shipped UPS Ground or similar means. Actual shipping charges will be added to the invoice unless delivered price is quoted.
Damaged product requires all claims be made by the purchaser with the delivery company. All packaging material should be retained for carrier's inspection and for filing of the damage claims. No returns or invoice reductions will be accepted without prior approval from Pfleider Pfoods, Inc.
